- Run RegSetup.exe
- Launch ZapperConfig.exe and select “Play Zapper”

if you still does not work. Why don’t you try this below. the game need a virtual CD-ROM. and setup a virtual CD such as DAEMON TOOLS, and use Quick Mount to open the ZIP file you just ed. then open zapperconfig.exe.BINGO….
For anyone interested: I was facing the same issues with just a white screen which promptly disappears, as many stated in the comments.
This solution worked for me: Right click on the ‘zapper.exe’ .file and click on Properties. After that, go to the ‘compatibility’-tab. For the compatibility-mode, select ‘Windows 98 / Windows ME’.
In the ‘settings’ section below, turn on ‘640×480’ resolution and Run as strator.
I’m running it myself on a Windows 10 device.
Move to another drive if white window appears
this worked great! for the people with problems, i think you can just run zapper.exe and it’ll be fine
This still does not work RegSetup does nothing and the game starts as a white box for 3 seconds and then closes and thats it.
Everything is great (Windows 10)! I was a bit worried about ing from your side, but everything is okay. Intro is the only thing that don’t work normally, but I’ve found it in files.
Thank for this opportunity; it was one of my first games and I lost the disc to it. You give me a bit of my childhood back, real thanks! 🙂

my regsetup doesnt do anything. Also zipperconfig just launches a white box for 3 seconds and after that nothing happens and it just shuts it off

Im not sure if it helps. i had the same problem. but moving it off the same ssd that has windows on it helped.
EG. moved it from C: drive to another one.
