  1. How under rated was this game?!? (Don’t live in the states so don’t really know) Where most are amusing and cinematic, this is on a whole other level.

Preinstalled worked flawlessly when I first installed and played it, years later, replaying it I had similar map problems, Taping esc mid play and changing display to window and back, snaps the graphics back in. But I only found that fix after wasting time on graphic settings, and as soon as I did, the game stopped saving, write permission denied.

    • try running the Simpsons.exe file directly from the Game Files folder. Don’t move the exe file out of the games files folder. This worked for me when I got those exact errors.

  3. having issues with game map sometimes doesn’t load in properly in areas and can fall through map, looked for resolve but no luck. when car gets any air it shoots almost out of the map and npc vehicles explode instantly on impact so chase missions are impossible as the npc explodes hitting another npc car but mission carries on as if nothing happened but there’s no car to chase….characters seems to turn invisible as well as vehicles and only re apear if hit…

  6. Hi. I’ve been working on this for about an hour and i’m confused.

    I don’t have a “Launch.exe” file.

I changed the “Simpsons.exe” application to Run as and to run on WinXP, but then it crashed once I got to the first loading screen and I haven’t been able to get past the beginning welcome screen.
I’ve done all the steps and I feel like i’m missing something.
    Help!
